1.     Delivery Information

Our goal is to ship all orders as quickly as possible and also in the most secure way. The exact delivery date depends on the delivery address and also on the time your order was placed. We deliver to the following rules of thumb:

– Orders from Austria: delivery time within 3 – 5 working days, after receipt of your order.

– EU orders: delivery time within 5 – 7 working days after receipt of your order.

– International orders: delivery time within 8 – 12 working days after receipt of your order.

Please note that the stated delivery times are just estimated delivery times. We have no control over orders that are held at customs.

2.     Delivery Times

Our webshop is available 24/7, but orders can only be processed on business days. If you place an order on weekends, the order will be shipped within the next 2 business days of the following week. If you place an order after 10 am (CET), the good will be shipped on the following working day.


3.     Orders on Christmas and public holidays

If you place an order during Christmas holidays or public holidays, it will take longer until your order reaches you. During Christmas holidays and bank holidays, our warehouse will be closed and we will not be able to take care of your order. On national holidays and between New Year’s day and the 6th of January (in Austria, EU and EEA Member States), orders will not be delivered. We ask for your understanding that shipping services are not available and incoming requests cannot be processed from during Christmas holidays.


4.     Tracking

You can track your parcel via or the parcel service that delivers your order.


5.     Shipping costs

Shipping will be carried out by Post.

Shipment within Austria: EUR 5,00

Shipment within the EU: EUR 14,00

Shipment outside the EU: “Regular” delivery within four weeks: EUR 30,00


6.     Right of withdrawal

The costumer has the right to cancel the contract within a minimum of 14 working days, without giving any reasons. The period begins with the day of receipt of goods. The withdrawal of the contract shall be considered as made in time, if the customer declares his/her cancellation on the last day of the stated time period. The customer has the right to inform us about his/her withdrawal via email or other means. If the customer cancels the contract, he/she is obliged to return the good promptly. The good must be in its original packing and must not show any marks of usage. If the good shows any marks of usage, Sigrid Stöckl is not obliged to accept the customer’s cancellation. The customer is obliged to carry any costs concerning the return of the good. If the revocation has taken place and the purchaser has already made payments, Sigrid Stöckl is obliged to refund the purchaser’s payment, when appropriate.
